During last weekend’s blizzard, Henry Birnbaum, of Edison, finally got a chance to wipe the cobwebs off his snow blower after experiencing the warmest January in recorded history. Some parts of Central Jersey saw almost 2 feet of snow accumulate in less than 24 hours.
