J.P. Stevens parent group plans clothing drive

The J.P. Stevens Choir and Orchestra Parents Association is sponsoring a clothing drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 6 at J.P. Stevens High School, located on Grove Avenue in Edison. Items needed are any usable clothing, shoes, accessories (handbags, belts, scarves, ties, hats), soft household items (bedding, curtains, tablecloths, towels) and stuffed animals. Donations will be sent to aid countries in Eastern Europe, South America and Africa. For details, call Lois at (732) 494-2114.
