Striving for harmony

For many at St. Francis Cathedral in Metuchen, remembering the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a chance to offer petitions for racial harmony, the very cause Dr. King fought and eventually died to create. Deacon Guido J. Brossoni (far left) reads a passage for congregants. Usher Sam Vscocvich (top right), Michael Aubourg (left) and other parishioners (bottom) quietly reflect and pray as many in attendance did on Jan. 14.
