Judge made mistake in exonerating 'naked cop'

What are you thinking, Judge Gelade? The message this ruling sends to our citizens and to other hardworking, conscientious public servants is so very sad. A person who leaves the scene of an accident is exonerated? Why then, sir, should anyone obey any law(s)? Why would a parent, educator, etc., instill in their children that laws are made for our protection and we should live by them. You, sir, have made a dreadful mistake.

Additionally, have you considered what this ruling will do to the morale of the police department? What a difficult situation you have placed the superior officers in Unfortunately, your poor judgment other people will have to "live with." Shame on you!
