Peter Barnes man dedicated to community
While we read of so many politicians who are corrupt, it is a breath of fresh air to know that Assemblyman Peter Barnes III is a politician who fights for the people. I have had the pleasure and honor of seeing this servant of his constituents act on our behalf over 11 years. During that time he served as Edison council president for two terms. In March 2007, he was selected to serve an unexpired term to the New Jersey State Assembly. Assemblyman Barnes is an honest, energetic, bright and dedicated individual who cannot be bought. I have never known him to ignore any individual who reached out to him. He is truly his father's son. Peter is always there for our youth: he has served as a basketball and baseball coach. He has sponsored too many ordinances to mention. As a practicing attorney, he is well respected for his knowledge and abilities. As a citizen and a voter, I hope that he will be elected assemblyman so that he can continue being an honest representative of the people.
