Society to explore local history, patriotic roots

The Metuchen-Edison Historical Society will sponsor a program Nov. at 1 p.m. at the Fugle-Hummer American Legion Post No. 65, Lake Avenue (Route 27), Metuchen. The society invites the public to explore local history and patriotic roots. There is no charge for the joint presentation, and light refreshments will be served.
