Jazz for Toys to be held Dec 7 in Metuchen

Jeanie Bryson, daughter of Dizzy Gillespie, will perform at the Jazz for Toys concert Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. at Metuchen High School, 400 Grove Ave. The concert will feature a collection of songs to honor Gillespie's 90th birthday.

Tickets, which may be purchased at the door, are $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and $2 for those who bring an unwrapped toy, which will be donated, to Toys for Tots.
