Library to host kids' programs, exhibit quilt

The North Edison Public Library will host "Library Lapsit," a half-hour program of songs, stories and activities for children age 1 year and their parents/caregivers. This is a drop-in program with limited space, so participants should arrive early. Siblings are not permitted. The program will be held Jan. 15, 22 and 29 at 10 a.m.

The library's monthly film program, open to children in preschool through sixth grade and their families, will be held Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served; no registration is required.

An alphabet quilt designed by Mrs. Yurich's kindergarten class at James Madison Primary School will be on display at the library through February

For more information on "Library Lapsit," call the library at (732) 548-0845, ext 228; for more information on the film or quilt, call ext. 3.
