'Ab Crunch Challenge' to raise money for hospital

Lady of America fitness center, 1199 AmboyAve., will be hosting an "Ab Crunch Challenge" March 29 to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

Participants will raise money for the hospital by recruiting friends and family to sponsor themin their effort. Gymmembers and nonmembers are invited to participate.
