Strongman contest to benefit leukemia society LIFT Strong Fundraiser, to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, will be held at noon May 10 at the Underground Strength Gymnasium, 160 Talmadge Road, Edison. Local athletes from Middlesex County, including high school and college athletes, will participate in a strongman contest. The fundraiser, run by Zach Even-Esh is in honor of Alwyn Cosgrove, who coached Even-Esh while fighting cancer on two occasions.
