Mr. Jacob, 70, of theWest Keansburg section ofHazlet, died June 13, 2008, at home.He was a maintenance supervisor at American Continental Properties Rockland County, N.Y.He is survived by his children and their spouses, Jeannine and Wayne Kolodziej of West Keansburg, Jana and Sgt. Jason Prevost of Fort Stuart, Ga., Eddie and Diane Waldorf of Point Pleasant, and April Sutton of Georgia; two sisters, DianeWilde of Edison, and Stella Quilban of Hampton; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be June 18 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Day Funeral Home, Keyport.A funeral service will be June 19 at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:45 a.m. at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
