Women Helping Women to offer support groups

Women Helping Women, 224 Main St., Metuchen, will offer the following support groups this fall:

• Coping with separation and divorce — Wednesdays 7-8:30 p.m.

• Self-esteem — Thursdays 7-8:30 p.m.

• Prime Time older women's group — Thursdays 10-11:30 a.m.

• Bereavement/grief — Mondays 1- 2:30 p.m.

• New mothers — details to be announced.

The fee for all support groups is $10 per weekly session. Support group facilitators are trained and supervised by a licensed professional.

Women Helping Women is a nonprofit organization providing individual, couple and family therapy; support groups; legal clinics; a telephone help line; community education workshops, and the Strong Girls program. For additional information or to register for a support group, call 732- 549-6000.
