'Old Guard' should not be dismissed so easily
      Salvatore Pizzi wrote a letter to the editor on Dec. 10. In it he called [Mayor Jun] Choi a member of the Old Guard. I think Mr. Pizzi misses Mayor Choi's point. Mayor Choi uses the term "Old Guard" with a broad brush.
